Terms of Use for Affiliate Partners

The following terms of use apply to affiliate partners when visiting the website located at macromicro.me (hereinafter referred to as "the Website").
Please read the following terms carefully. By applying to participate in the affiliate marketing program, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms as well as the Website's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Without prior notice, MacroMicro Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or simply as "we," "our," or "ours") reserves the absolute right to change these provisions for any reason in accordance with Article 5 of these provisions. Please check regularly to see if these terms have changed. If you continue to use this website after changes to such provisions become effective, it will deem as you agree to abide by all amended terms. The date of the last modification of these provisions is provided below.

  1. Term Definitions
    1. Affiliate Partner: A company or individual participating in the affiliate marketing program.
    2. Referral Link: Refers to the promotional link obtained by the affiliate partner. Each partner's link will be unique and non-repetitive.
    3. Commission Payment(s): The reward earned by affiliate partners in proportion to the subscription of specified services offered by MacroMicro after a specified period through the use of affiliate referral links.
    4. Affiliate Dashboard: The interface where affiliate partners can track the performance of their referral links and apply for commission payment.
  2. Cooperation Process and Standards
    1. Qualification Review
      • We will review all the websites (websites, mobile applications, social media pages) you provide to ensure they meet our customer experience standards. All websites must have original content — a good rule of thumb is at least 10 posts. Ineligible websites (such as those containing pornography, violence, or suspected fraud) cannot participate under any circumstances.
      • Even after the initial review, we still reserve the right to re-review and revoke cooperation qualifications. If the qualification is revoked after a re-review, the affiliate will not be eligible to apply for commissions, and the cooperation will be terminated immediately.
    2. Promotion
      • Our affiliate partners may post on any website/platform, including but not limited to their own and third-party websites, blogs, and social networks.
      • We accept traffic from all countries/regions. There are no restrictions on marketing activities in any country or region.
      • Unless explicitly authorized by MacroMicro, inclusion of discounts or special offers other than those authorized by MM in your messages is not allowed.
      • Monetary incentives are not allowed, including but not limited to cash, M-coins, and additional discounts not authorized by MacroMicro.
      • It is prohibited to include unwanted information, false, or spam messages in your promotional messages on behalf of affiliate marketing.
      • As a partner of the affiliate program, you are not allowed to purchase a MacroMicro subscription using your own referral link. This is a violation of our affiliate program rules and will result in no commission being awarded.
  3. Commission Structure
    1. As a partner of the affiliate program, you have full access to your affiliate partner dashboard to track marketing results. For the security and protection of your account, commission payments must be verified by our team.
    2. Profit sharing calculations will be based on the promotional profit-sharing percentage of the subscription amount purchased by the referred user. Transaction fees and prepayment taxes incurred at the time of commission payment, including but not limited to PayPal transaction fees, are your responsibility. Additionally, in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where MacroMicro is located, when the target audience is in Taiwan, a certain percentage of income tax (ranging from 6% to 30%) will be deducted from the commission before payment. If this situation applies, we will proactively contact you to explain.
    3. Users referred by you who begin their first annual subscription plan after the trial period must maintain the subscription for at least 90 calendar days without cancellation for the referral to qualify for commission earnings.
    4. If the referral plan is calculated in US dollars, the accumulated commission must exceed US$800 to be eligible for full withdrawal. If the referral plan is calculated in New Taiwan dollars, the accumulated commission must reach NT$24,000 to be eligible for full withdrawal. Any related withdrawal fees (including but not limited to PayPal processing fees, wire transfer fees, and prepaid taxes) will be borne by you.
    5. If the above conditions are met, and commission payment has been initiated by clicking the Withdraw Button on the Affiliate Dashboard, we will transfer the commission payment amount between the 16th and 20th of each quarter (January, April, July, October).
  4. Payment Terms
    1. Payments are typically transferred as a one-time transaction between the 16th and 20th of the first month of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Commission payment requests submitted after the 15th of the first month of each quarter (January, April, July, October) will be processed in the next payment cycle.
    2. Individuals participating in the affiliate marketing program can only use PayPal for commission payment. You will need a PayPal account to receive commission payments. Companies participating in the affiliate marketing program can choose to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.
  5. Liability
    1. If we confirm that you have violated the rules or used illegitimate methods to acquire subscribers, we reserve the right to refuse payment. Your account will be permanently suspended, and your application will be rejected.
    2. As a partners of the affiliate program, you shall comply with the local law to promote MacroMicro service. You shall clearly understand if any restriction of the local laws where you are promoting intermeddles your participation in the partner program.You shall avoid illegal behavior in the content of your promotion. MacroMicro does not make any guarantee or responsibility for your behavior in the promotion other than those expressly stated in our Term and Conditions.
    3. MacroMicro is not responsible for activities conducted by affiliate partners to generate traffic. Affiliate partners guarantee that their actions do not violate applicable laws, legal acts, and other regulations governing affiliates.
    4. Affiliate partners are responsible for any tax liabilities or withholding obligations resulting from the commissions earned through participation in the affiliate marketing program, regardless of the legal basis or jurisdiction.
    5. For business needs, MacroMicro reserves the right to modify or update these service terms from time to time on the affiliate partner dashboard. These updates will take effect once published on the website's affiliate partner dashboard page. No further notice will be provided for such modifications or updates. Affiliate partners are responsible for updating their contact information through the dashboard and regularly reviewing the service terms and announcements to stay informed of any changes to the affiliate marketing partnership terms. If your company continues promotional activities after such modifications or updates, it signifies your agreement to the changes.
    6. MacroMicro is not liable for any inconvenience caused by third parties.
  6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
    1. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). This Terms is written in both Chinese and English. For any discrepancy between the Chinese version and the English one, the Chinese version shall prevail.In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute. If the parties are unable to reach a resolution through negotiation and litigation becomes necessary, the parties agree that the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall have jurisdiction as the court of first instance, and the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan) shall apply as the governing law.
