The exclusive indicator data compiled by the MacroMicro research team is only available for download or API integration through the Custom plan. Additionally, some data provided by MacroMicro’s data partners cannot be offered for download or API access due to contractual limitations. The data available for download in the Business AI plan consists of publicly licensed data from various institutions. To view the full list of downloadable data, simply log into your Subscription account and check the available data on this page.

For commercial use of data, you can contact the business team through the Custom plan to inquire about licensing and receive further services. In some cases, written authorization from MacroMicro is required. Please note, MacroMicro does not permit the use of data obtained from any subscription plans for commercial profit. Our agreements with data providers strictly prohibit the re-licensing, transfer, sale, loan, or distribution of data in any form, as well as the creation of derivative works. To avoid legal issues, ensure that your use of the data aligns with relevant regulations and MacroMicro’s Terms of Service.

In the event of a download failure, you can go to the data download records page in your member profile and retry the download within one hour. Re-downloads due to failure will not count toward your download quota.

To ensure expedited service for our users, the MacroMicro website offers online payment options with instant account activation. If your IP address located in Taiwan, you can simply select the option "Triplicate Uniform Invoice (Tax ID Required)" from the dropdown menu on the payment page to complete the form and receive an electronic invoice with the tax ID included. To cancel your subscription, please go to Member Profile > Payment History

Upon canceling your subscription, your subscription service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. You will not be charged on the next renewal date.

Annual plan subscribers will receive an auto-renewal reminder email 10 days before their current plan expires. Both monthly and annual plan subscribers will receive a payment confirmation email from NewebPay whenever a payment for subscription auto-renewal is successfully completed.

To make sure auto-renewal subscribers won't lose their subscription price due to an expired credit card, the billing date for auto-renewals is set at 2 days before the ongoing subscription's expiration date. If a payment didn’t go through, you will receive an email alert from us to notify you that the latest auto-renewal payment was unsuccessful and that further actions are required from you. If you have received this email, please promptly update your credit card information at Member Profile > Payment History > Change/Update Credit Card.
