Quotient of lagging divided by leading indicators benchmarks at 1; investors should be cautious when the result is greater than 1.
When the result rises, TAIEX usually falls.

When M1B YoY surpasses M2 YoY, the golden cross forms. The golden cross suggests that funds are flowing over from time deposits to demand deposits or the stock market. On the contrary, when M2 YoY surpasses M1B YoY, the death cross forms. The death cross suggests that funds are exiting the stock market.
